1. Service-Based Refunds
Each project at Websleeker is unique and tailor-made for your business.
Hence, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun, except under specific conditions outlined below.
✅ Eligible for Partial Refund (Before Project Starts)
You may request a refund if:
- The project has not yet started, and
- No design, strategy, or setup work has been delivered, and
- The refund request is made within 5 business days of payment.
In such cases, transaction and processing fees (3–5%) may be deducted.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The project is already in progress or partially delivered.
- A custom design, development, or marketing setup has been initiated.
- Delay or dissatisfaction occurs due to client-side delays, incomplete inputs, or scope changes.
- A third-party service (like hosting, plugin, or ad account) affects project performance.
- The project was fully completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
3. Cancellations

- If cancellation occurs before work starts, a partial refund may apply (see Section 1).
- If cancellation occurs after initiation, no refund will be possible, but you may request project termination and transfer of work done so far.
We recommend discussing any concerns or revisions before opting for cancellation — our team is flexible and happy to adjust deliverables to meet your goals.
4. Marketing Campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media)
Due to the ongoing nature of digital marketing, these services operate on a monthly retainer basis.
Hence, refunds are not possible once a campaign cycle has begun.
However:
- You may pause or cancel future renewals with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Campaigns can be adjusted or optimized upon your request if performance expectations are not met.
5. E-Commerce & Web Development Projects
Once a design mockup or functional preview has been shared, the project is considered “in progress.”
No refund is available at this stage, but you may request minor revisions or scope adjustments (subject to agreement).
For migrations, integrations, or automation services — partial refunds are not possible once systems or accounts are connected, since third-party tools are involved.
6. Third-Party Services & Tools
If your project involves third-party costs — such as:
- Domain names
- Web hosting
- Paid plugins or APIs
- Ad spends (Google, Meta, etc.)
These costs are non-refundable, as Websleeker does not control third-party billing or cancellation policies.
7. Delivery Delays
We always strive to deliver on time. However:
- Delays caused by client approvals, content, or payment are not grounds for refund.
- If delay is caused solely by Websleeker (beyond agreed timelines and without valid reason), we may offer service credits or partial compensation on a case-by-case basis.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you’re unhappy with a service or result:

- Our team will review your case, propose solutions, or offer fair resolution options.
- Disputes are handled professionally and without escalation wherever possible.
9. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–10 business days from confirmation.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.
- Any payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Websleeker may update this policy periodically to ensure fairness and transparency.
